Welcome to the SPEAR website. SPEAR is the acronym for EU INCO-DEV Contract N. INCO-CT-2004-510706, Sustainable options for People, catchment and Aquatic Resources.

The public site constitutes the main information centre for the project, and a key focus point for information and participation. Please send your comments or information request to: webmaster@biaoqiang.org

The reserved area is accessible only by project partners, stakeholders and management. To use the reserved area, you must be registered with SPEAR. To make this easier, there is a self-registration button above, which initiates the registration procedure.
